一款藥品(treatment)上市，得有標準：確定(certainty)的療效(efficacy)得達到一定要求才能被批準上市;研制藥物需要大量的實驗，也就需要大量的時間，才能達到相關標準;一款藥可能得20年，其療效才能達到99%的確定性標準，才能得以上市。但其實這款藥只需要5年的研制，其療效的確定性就已經可以達到80%;那么可不可以讓療效只有80%的這款藥品提前上市?這樣做會不會更符合病人的利益?這對于政策的制定者來講就是一個權衡(trade-off)。

昨天的句子徹底懂了吧!whose的指代對象當然就是“藥品的”，whose 從來都既可以指代人也可以指代物。所有的語法都是為了表達而服務的。如果我們一開始就進入了2019考研英語真題的語境，我們的優勢就很明顯了。這就是我做每日一句的意義。 而且大家看問題的視角和深度都會得以提升。

科研發展的趨勢一直是考研的重點，今天的文章來自昨天的大西洋月刊。但是和2001年考研真題的一篇文章，1999年第五篇文章，2012年第三篇文章類型完全一樣，內容也非常相似。大家可以看一下這三篇真題，感受一下，時間在變遷，但我們面對的問題是一樣的。
